Huawei Unveils New Industry O&M Solutions at HUAWEI CONNECT 2026
Huawei has introduced its latest industry operations and maintenance (O&M) solutions during the Industry O&M Session of HUAWEI CONNECT 2026, held at the Shanghai Expo Center under the theme “Agentic AI Redefining the New O&M Paradigm.”
The event highlighted Huawei’s continued push to accelerate the digital and intelligent transformation of enterprise O&M. Alongside the launch of its 2026 industry O&M solutions, Huawei also announced an initiative to develop the O&M Agent Research Report (2026), aimed at encouraging industry collaboration, strengthening ecosystem development, and supporting sustainable industry growth.
MindOps Platform Upgrade Drives New O&M Capabilities
Using digital twin technology and its domain-specific model, Huawei has developed end-to-end O&M capabilities covering pre-event preparation, real-time operations, and post-event analysis. Through human–agent collaboration, these capabilities are designed to improve service reliability, strengthen business assurance, and increase operational efficiency.
During the session, Huawei introduced four enhanced industry solutions built on its upgraded MindOps platform: Smart NOS 5.0, Exclusive Government Service 3.0, Power Specific Service 3.0, and Transportation Specific Service 3.0.
Smart NOS 5.0: Smarter Network Operations and Fault Management
Powered by Huawei’s domain-specific O&M model, Smart NOS 5.0 strengthens network emergency response through risk identification and fault governance agents.
Its knowledge extraction and service-aware troubleshooting agents can autonomously resolve 80% of deterministic faults. The solution also features a financial fault diagnosis operational room that supports collaborative consultation among teams.
Through these capabilities, enterprises can reduce incident rates caused by hidden risks by 50% and improve cross-domain fault demarcation efficiency by 30%.
Exclusive Government Service 3.0: Advancing Intelligent e-Government Cloud Operations
Exclusive Government Service 3.0 addresses common e-Government cloud challenges, including limited service visibility, complex cross-layer troubleshooting, and inefficient resource utilization.
The upgraded solution strengthens AI-assisted integrated O&M through intelligent resource query and emergency troubleshooting agents, helping improve resource visibility and accelerate fault identification.
Its unified digital resource management platform also simplifies approval processes and duplicate project checks, contributing to a 17% increase in resource utilization.
Power Specific Service 3.0 and Transportation Specific Service 3.0: Improving Critical Infrastructure Operations
Huawei has integrated fault diagnosis and FME Mate agents into its MindOps platform to enhance O&M capabilities across the power and transportation sectors.
For the power industry, the solution strengthens risk prevention and intelligent troubleshooting, reducing fault demarcation time from one hour to just 15 minutes.
In transportation, the solution improves cross-domain fault analysis and increases O&M efficiency by 40%. Integrated O&M services also help enhance the availability and operational efficiency of smart highway systems.
Strengthening Collaboration for Industry-Wide Digital Transformation
Huawei said it will continue to uphold its customer-centric approach by working closely with industry customers and partners to advance ICT O&M innovation.
Through deeper scenario-specific applications, continued platform development, and stronger ecosystem collaboration, the company aims to support the adoption of digital and intelligent operations across industries.
The latest MindOps developments and industry-specific solutions reflect Huawei’s efforts to apply agentic AI to practical enterprise challenges, helping organizations improve operational resilience, service assurance, and efficiency.
